What is No Right of Redemption?

If you have secured multiple FTPR judgments against the same tenant within a 12-month period, you can request a "No Right of Redemption" ruling on your next filing. If the judge grants this, the tenant cannot simply pay to stay. Even if they offer the full balance on eviction day, the eviction will still proceed, allowing you to finally remove the problem tenant and secure your property.
